Do you smash the egg yolks with a fork? Where do they get added into the recipe? I tried a different recipe to make this pasta the first time, and even though my guest said it was good, I felt like it was blah. Can't wait to try your recipe because i seems to have more flavor than the first recipe i tried. Have you though about adding buffalo sauce?

Hi Kim! I do not smash the egg yolks, I simply chop the whole egg and add to the salad, as it says in step 3. You can use hot sauce if you like, especially if you like it in your deviled eggs. Enjoy!

Add a can of drained tuna fish, I’m sure everyone knows it’s sweet pickles. Have been making this for years. I do use slaw dressing in with a little mayo, sugar, vinegar. Mix really well. It’s great!
